Built in 1997, North Star Speedway is Alaska's only paved racetrack and the furthest north asphalt track in the world! With seating for 3000 plus, North Star Speedway can rip it up with racecars or rock n' roll under the midnight sun with live music, rodeos or festivals. In addition, large flat track areas provide optimum space for craft shows, auto sales and auctions. Also, North Star Speedway has a full service kitchen, Budweiser Beer Garden, Mackie Industrial/Community Sound PA system, and a playground. Plus, a staff of admission control personnel, grounds crew, hospitality specialists and PR resources for your next event.
